Our global network of Health and Demographic Surveillance Systems (HDSSs) collects data from whole communities over extended time periods. This approach provides an accurate reflection of health and population issues in LMICs, offering valuable insights that are crucial for understanding and addressing these challenges.

Innovative Systems for Better Decisions

To further improve the quality and utility of our data, we have implemented the Comprehensive Health and Epidemiological Surveillance System (CHESS). By linking population and health facility data, CHESS provides a more detailed and holistic view of health and demographic trends.
